Aside from being a fitness coach, I am a proud homeschool mom of two amazing boys and a devoted wife.

I grew up playing sports so I was always active but I slowly lost myself. I hit what felt like rock bottom with my health and fitness. I was at my heaviest, feeling beyond insecure. It wasn't until I had my kids that I found myself again.

Let's be real, postpartum is a bitch. I lost myself in motherhood. It was dark, it was scary, it was lonely. One thing I always had was the gym. I had these amazing coaches at the time who were literally the sunshine in all my rainy days (which felt like everyday by the way). They pushed me to limits, mentally and physically that have helped me grow so much as a person. They are truly what got me through postpartum. This made me want to be the sunshine in others lives, as they were for me. That brings us here, to Coach Jae. 

My journey postpartum has given me experience and passion to help other moms who feel like they have completely lost themselves in the chaos of motherhood.
